Happiness Quizz

Take this simple test by assigning a number for each statement, ’10′ being totally true and ’0′ being not true at all.

1) Basically, I like myself.

2) I get regular exercise.

3) I have major fun at least once a week.

4) I limit the things I don’t like to do and the people I don’t like to be with.

5) Mostly, I love my job.

6) I have loving, supportive family/friends.

7) I rarely dwell on past hurts and disappointments.

8) I take 100% responsibility for my thoughts, feelings and outcomes.

9) I use my ‘higher power’/God/angels etc to help me.
