Inner Peace
Posted by: | CommentsInner Peace:
With the holiday season coming up, it’s time to set your course for Inner Peace. To me, this is such a special time of year, but we often miss it because we get eaten up by the Grinchs of busyness and buying.
BUT–it doesn’t have to be that way. YOU get to decide. You get to choose how you feel. Decide to invite Inner Peace into your heart and mind this holiday season.
The ‘Symptoms’ of Inner Peace:
You’ll know you’re on track if you notice any of the following ‘symptoms’.
-
A tendency to think & act spontaneously (rather than from fears based on past experience).
-
An unmistakable ability to enjoy each moment.
-
Loss of interest in judging yourself or anyone else.
-
Loss of interest in conflict.
-
Disinclination to worry (this is a very serious symptom).
-
Frequent overwhelming episodes of appreciation.
-
Connected feelings of connectedness with others & nature.
-
Frequent attacks of smiling through the eyes of the heart
-
Increasing susceptibility to extend love to others.
-
Increasing tendency to let things happen rather
than make them happen.
To keep these ‘symptoms alive and well:
- hang out with children.
- give in any and every way.
- listen to the promptings of your heart.
- appreciate often and for no reason.
- LOVE ANYWAY!
You CAN have the holiday experience you long for. Decide now! Inner Peace is an inside job!
Note: I just heard from a woman named Saskia Davis, the author or ‘Symptoms Of Inner Peace”. When I first saw this article, it was just floating around the Internet and didn’t have an author attribution. Now that I know who actually wrote it, I want to say a big Thanks to Saskia and refer people to her website which can be reached by clicking here:
