Our Yearning for Authentic Happiness!
Authentic Happiness is something we all yearn for. Unfortunately, many of us were taught that authentic happiness comes from things outside ourselves. For example, someone else’s love, or a high paying job or some status symbol like a large house or cool car. But in truth, authentic happiness comes from a well of energy deep within us, a well that has been with us since birth.
Tools for Authentic Happiness:
Despite what we’ve been taught, once we realize that authentic happiness lies within us, all we have to do is learn how to access it. Now, for probably the first time in human history, this is possible. News tools have been developed to teach people how to do everything from how to modify their heartbeat, to modulate their mood. This is wonderful news for it means we no longer have to work so hard at creating happiness from outside ourselves. This is particularly great news for our relationships because our partners and loved ones no longer feel so obliged to MAKE us happy! We can do that for ourselves!
Authentic Happiness and Relationships!
Don’t get me wrong. I’m all for being inter-dependent with others! What we don’t want, however, is to feel dependent on others for our feelings or well-being. Because sometimes people don’t give us what we want. When we can create our own authentic happiness, people can do what they do and the impact will not be as great. Furthermore, when we have no demands from others to act or be a certain way, they feel that freedom and their appreciation for us usually soars.
Authentic Happiness Is Empowering:
Whether it’s a relationship that’s challenging, or some other area of life, it’s great to know that you’re in charge of how you feel and can feel. The tools for authentic happiness I’m going to give you here will help you get in touch with the happiness that is already inside you. And it will free you up from any dependency you have on people and the world. They will give you the freedom to be happy no matter what else is going on in your life.
This doesn’t mean you won’t still prefer life to give you what you want–we’re all human and we will continue to want what we want. BUT, with these tools for happiness, you’ll be better equipped to let life comes as it comes. This will give you a feeling of spaciousness inside yourself.
The Authentic Happiness Techniques:
All of these tools for happiness will positively affect your energy field, but some will affect you more strongly than others. This is natural. We are all different and you will find that some of the tools for happiness will work better than others and work differently at different times.
Also, you can also try various combinations of the tools. The impact of any one of them will be stronger if used in a group. See which ones work best for you in which situations and adjust accordingly.
When possible I advise people to catch their energy BEFORE it’s in a really negative place. It’s always easier to treat something at its earliest stages. Once unhealthy energy has come into form and become an actual ailment or sickness, it will be much harder to treat and take longer. So, don’t wait.
And don’t be stingy with the amount of time you give to using these authentic happiness techniques. You can be adjusting your energy field on a continual basis throughout the day. Just as you feed yourself various foods every few hours, you can be feeding your energy field as well, preening it so to speak, so it stays at its best.
Also, if you are new to ‘energy medicine’, don’t have high and immediate expectations. Not that energy medicine won’t come through for you. It will, but there is a learning curve involved. And that learning is just so valuable. To become your own healer. To be able to modulate your energy yourself, any time and anywhere you want–that’s a very good thing!
