Meditation techniques can help you change your energy very quickly and thoroughly. They have been used for thousands of years to modulate energy and create highly relaxing and creative states. Here are some guided meditations that I’ve recorded for you to try. Each one is only a few minutes long.
‘ALL IS WELL’ MEDITATION:
This is a wonderful meditation for keeping yourself relaxed and trusting. You can use it daily just to keep yourself feeling good or use it when you are feeling frightened or anxious.
SERENITY SHOWER MEDITATION:
Use this meditation when you want a boost in energy, or self-confidence. It’s wonderful to use before making a presentation or performance, but it’s also good to keep you positive and giving you an “I CAN” feeling.
It’s very relaxing too. I used to do it with my son when he wasn’t able to go to sleep.
‘BIGGER THAN’ MEDITATION
Irritated, angry or upset about a situation or person, here is a tool to help you move beyond it and gain back your perspective.
HEART MEDITATION:
Recent studies are revealing the incredible power of the human heart to affect the mind and body. Although it sounds phenomenal, scientists are now able to measure the electro-magnetic energy of the human heart and have found that its 5,000 times stronger than the field generated by your brain!
This tells us how important it is for us to modulate the energy in our hearts if we want health and happiness!!By generating positive feelings in our hearts, we can bring our entire systems into balance and create deep peace and happiness.
